Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent bot abuse (e.g., standard human limit of ~200 requests per day). We reserve the right to pause accounts with suspicious automated activity.

7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
